Britney Admits She’s Easily Manipulated In Relationships

In a new Instagram post (which has since been deleted), Britney reflected on her newfound single status after being with Sam for so many years.

"It's so weird being single," she wrote. "I've had a lot of time to really look back with all the good and bad … I've realized I don't talk to myself that nicely at all … I'm easily manipulated and I wear my heart on my sleeve."

The former Disney star went on to say she’s trying to make changes in her personal life and doesn’t plan to repeat the same mistakes in future relationships.

"I'm definitely changing all that,” Britney continued, saying she will continue "to re-evaluate myself and say, 'Is this good for me?'"

Although Gomez was a guest at Spears' wedding, many believed Spears shaded the singer on Instagram.

Britney may be showing a bit of self-reflection with her latest comments, but it may do little to save her marriage to Sam. The personal trainer was recently asked if there was any chance of reconciliation with the pop star, especially given the concerns around her mental health (including online and in person behavior), but Sam shot the possibility down and refused to comment.

He was also asked about whether he believes Britney will reconcile with her father Jamie Spears, who was her conservator for a long time. Jamie recently had his leg amputated amid a life-threatening infection following knee surgery, but reports say Britney still won’t communicate with him despite his ailing health.

Only two months after filing for divorce, Sam revealed he wasn’t dating, but was rather focusing on his budding acting career.

“That’s what I’m doing. I’m putting a lot of work in stunt training and a lot of acting,” he said. “I’ve been great.”

He also only had kind words to say to Britney as she was preparing to release her memoir at the time, for which she received a $12.5 million advance. “She put a lot of work to it, and it was very hard,” he continued. “I’m definitely excited, and I’m extremely proud of her. It was a very tough one [to write].”

Britney has revealed she wants to write a second memoir and reports claims she’s interested in delving into her relationship with Sam if she gets another book deal.

Nevertheless, Britney’s loved ones are reportedly worried for her amid her increasingly erratic behavior, which has included questionable videos online and recent driving violations. But it appears that Sam is bowing out from Britney’s life, even if her mental health is suffering.
